LEADERSHIP 3.0 SYMPOSIUM, SAN FRANCISCO, APRIL 12-14, 2018
The Leadership 3.0 Symposium is a collaborative effort of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), CUE, Technology Information Center for Administrative Leadership (TICAL). It is truly “for administrators, by administrators.” Three organizations, one mission – Educational Leadership for the 21st century.
In 2016, CETPA was invited to join the effort as an organizational partner. The original conveners welcome this added expertise for our event.
Lead 3 Symposium exists at the intersection of leadership, technology and innovation and provides educational leaders a venue to connect, share, and learn. Lead 3 is the place to connect with over 400 educational leaders seeking new technology solutions to improve teaching and learning.
Close to 200 superintendents, principals, and other district leaders attended the inaugural event in 2008, drawing from locations as far-flung as Arkansas, Australia and China. Despite the economic woes of 2009, attendance remained steady. Participation grew in 2010 and, in 2011, response was so great we had to cap registration to keep from exceeding the capacity of our meeting space. The 2014 Symposium drew a record 275 participants. The two-and-a-half day event features keynote presentations, concurrent sessions and several pre-conference workshops and seminars.
